Om Fragrances doesn't gift wrap item when you PAY for it
I paid extra for the fragrance I purchased to be gift wrapped and also for a note to accompany the gift.The item was not gift wrapped.
The item also did not come with a note saying who the gift was from. The billing and shipping address were different, so at least they shipped to the correct address that the gift was for. The person I bought the fragrance for ended up sending me a message saying they "thought" they got a gift from me. I had to tell them through text message that they received a gift from me instead of being able to rip open gift wrap and read a gift card as PAID for.
Disappointed. Also, the shipping update emails I received told me the package was to be delivered sooner than it actually arrived.
